[PHP4BETA] Can't compile :( - no ./configure

Hi All, I've just checked out the sources as per the email, but I can't get very far with building them... The instructional email says: " 5. Enter libzend/, configure it and run make: autoconf ./configure --enable-debug make 6. Enter php4/, configure it and run make: autoconf ./configure --with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql make " I can't do the above... I don't have any ./configure file (I'm guessing this is what 'autoconf' does?) - I don't have / can't make autoconf either... I'm running FreeBSD...
