PHP's default character mime type is ** iso-8859-1 **. ==> header("Content-type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"); But, my php character mime type should be ** euc_kr **. ==> header("Content-type: text/html; charset=euc_kr"); if i dont't put this line header("Content-type: text/html; charset=euc_kr"); in my every script, my all nation character is broken. It is borning job that i shoud put this line in every script. my suggestion is *html_character_set* directive in php.ini .............. php.ini .............. html_character_set = "iso-885901"; // "euc_kr" etc... .................................... Is it possible? if my writing manner is impolite, sorry for this. Sorry for poor english.
