Definetly all class properties. PHP does not strictly distingush
beetween public, private, static, final (undeclared, accidentially)
data. So it's logical that the new function does not distinguish
beetween the different favours. It just shows the current state. If it's
possible to distinguish beetween the different flavours I'd prefer to
have several functions. But this lead to far for PHP4.
