Under <working with win95 apache-1.3.11> I described yesterday that
php4b4 is not working with Apache. I think I've figured out why - a
DLL path problem.
Here is how I discover it. I replace Apache with vqServer. When I
run the CGI script it reported <unable to open in unknown on line 0>.
When I enable mySQL in php.ini it reported the same plus a missing
./system/php_myqsl.dll. I think php4 can't locate php4ts.dll but it
just say <unable ...>.
The same setup works 100% OK with php3. php4 functions perfectly well
on its own. Problem only occurs when php4 is being called as CGI.
