Fine, as long as it doesn't break the ability for old browsers to read
cookies. It's way uncool to break features that the developer has no
control over.
I have no problems telling someone to upgrade their server to the latest
version of Apache, but telling someone that they need to make their users
upgrade to newer browsers isn't fair. Whomever makes this change need to
test the patch with a version of Netscape 2.0 to see if cookies still
work, if it doesn't -- then this shouldn't be enabled by default.
