Activating MSSQL

what is the option I add to the ./configure line to use mssql in php. And
what libraries do I need to install to get it to activate. (This is under
Linux/FreeBSD).
Also is the sybase support fixed under the cvs tree, I haven't tried since
beta4pl1 was released.
