Jean (and PHP4BETA list), Apache 1.3.11 + PHP4 install: Everything seemed to go fine, and I added the 'AddModule' line just before the beginning of the 'AddType' lines. But it didn't work. I'm using the latest beta. Apache works fine, but it is not loading PHP. I followed the INSTALL instructions exactly. Any thoughts? I tested to see if it worked, by doing './apachectl status'. Not only helped, but I realized that you have to follow EXACTLY what's written, or it'll fail. Eventually, erase the file config.cache et do some "make clean" to make sure things are done in order. Hi PHPers,

    I've installed PHP3 on a linux machine, and I am now figuring out

how

to upgrade to PHP 4 (w/MySQL) from PHP/FI 2(w/msql) on a Solaris box. If anyone has any tips and/or suggestions please let me know. I'm trying to get a good knowledge base before I attempt this.
