Attempting to parse a file with ONLY the following
<?phpinfo()?>
The 4.0 beat_March3rd.zip gives
"PHP has performed and illegal operation and will be shut down"
then Apache gives it's
"Internal Server Error" message
Retrograding to 4.0b4pl1 restores proper operation.
