| Running sapi/servlet with no php.ini on Win2K produces a message (error
| parsing configuration file) followed by a trap. This patch makes the trap
| go away.

Where can I download latest CVS compiled Win32 version ? (if it's not
available - can someone please go trough a process of compiling and making it
available ???)
