Using win32 for a project... :-(
running 4.0b4p11 w/ Apache 1.3.12, MySQL binaries under Win98...
Is it possible specify the include_path to Apache in .htaccess files or
httpd.conf (as w/ unix)?
php_value include_path /htdocs/include
causes a Server error in .htaccess, and prevents apache from starting up in
<Directory> or <VirtualHosts> blocks in httpd.conf...
any ideas or pointers appreciated!
