More on PHP4/CGI/Netscape Enterprise 3.6.3

Ok, so I compile PHP 3.0.15 and tweaked the obj.conf to used it instead of the PHP4p1 binary and it works like a charm. To me this means this is a issue/bug with PHP4. Has anyone gotten PHP4 to work as a CGI under NES 3.6? Is the problem with PHP4 itself? Is there a config change I need to make?
