To my knowledge there is an option in the .ini file that is a 'Yes/No' flag.
The option is called 'output buffering' and its default value is 'no'.
You'll just have to search for that string in the file and then change the
value of the option.

Subject: [PHP4BETA] Output buffer?
Hello,
As I remember, PHP4 supports something called "output buffer", but I
can not find this feature in the Documentation. Could someone show me
how to use this? I would like to build up this buffered output and at
the last step, if something wrong then I can flush this output, and send
an error string instead. Does this sound like the purpose of this output
buffer?
Thanks,
Ly Vuong
