Er .... yes, of *course*. But what puzzles me is that I have frequently downloaded the snapshot, and immediately configured and built PHP, and never seen this. Perhaps it just never happened that anyone in a different timezone had just committed a change? In any case, I gather from everyone's comments that I needn't worry about it. Thanks all.
