Do you mean having a function in PHP to register your own Apache modules
and then having functions in PHP which are called? I don't think you can
change Apache modules on the fly or at run time. I'm pretty sure the
module needs to be declared and compiled into the server, and for good
reason. If you're talking about being able to write a module in PHP
instead of C then you should probably talk to the Apache guys.
