ODBC on Win32 Error

Hello !
I'm using PHP4 Beta 4 pl 1 on our WinNT 4.0 server.
If I run this script:

phpinfo();
$db=odbc_connect("test","juraj","passwd");
$result=odbc_exec($db,"select * from table1");
odbc_result_all ($result);
?>
</html>
</body>
I get classic PHPINFO tables (there is no problem), but at the end I get
always this error message:
Warning: SQL error: Specified driver could not be loaded due to system error
5 (INTERSOLV 3.01 32-BIT INFORMIX)., SQL state IM003 in SQLConnect in
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin\test.php on line 8

...
I have tested it with Informix and MySQL and the error message was
same(except of name of db-driver). Could it be fault of PHP or of my system
?
I'm using IIS 4.0 on WinNT 4.0 server with SP4.
