PHP4 & PDF Lib

I am having a problem compiling PDFLib 2.0.1 into PHP4B4pl1. I am using the following configuration line: ./configure --enable-sysvsem --enable-sysvshm --enable-wddx --enable-xml --with-tiff-dir=/usr --with-png-dir=/usr --with-jpeg-dir=/usr --with-zlib-dir=/usr --disable-debug --with-apache=/usr/src/apache_1.3.12 --with-pdflib=/usr/local/pdflib --with-pgsql All libs are present and configure terminates with: checking whether to include Pdflib 2.x support... /usr/local/pdflib yes checking for libz needed by pdflib 2.x... already zlib support checking for libjpeg (needed by pdflib 2.x)... yes checking for jpeg_read_header in -ljpeg... yes checking for libpng (needed by pdflib 2.x)... yes checking for png_create_info_struct in -lpng... yes checking for libtiff (needed by pdflib 2.x)... yes checking for TIFFOpen in -ltiff... yes checking for PDF_close in -lpdf... no configure: error: pdflib extension requires pdflib 2.x.
