Yes. Running "./configure --help", somewhere in what follows you'd see:
--with-cybercash[=DIR] Include CyberCash support. DIR is the CyberCash MCK
install directory.
Download and install the cybercash mck, and when compiling PHP, include
the above directive with the appropriate path.
The MCK documentation contains details on passing info to cybercash
for processing. The samples in ext/cybercash provide hints.
