I'd like to run all requests for files which don't exist through a script.
If they exisit, I'd like to serve them normally.
The following *seems* like it should work, however, what ends up happening
is that every request, including ones for files with size >0 get run through
t.php. The documentation seems to indicate that only if the condition
matches will the rule run, but I seem to get different behavior, this
condition always matches. Is it something to due with the .* matching? I'm
not sure if REQUEST_FILENAME is being set properly either.
I tad off topic, but the script is PHP, and I suspect others might have
tried this.

RewriteEngine on
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-s
RewriteRule ^.*$ t.php [T=application/x-httpd-wphp4]
