ODBC Close

Any one had any trouble with ODBC connections using php4 on win32? I keep getting a "Fatal Error: Cannot redeclare [ODBC connect function]" every time i refresh that page. It seem like the connection isn't getting closed and i have even tried using odbc_close_all(); Ideas?
