IIS will not start after PHP4

I've installed the PHP4 Beta P1. However, now when I try to start IIS
(w3svc service) it will not start. However, this is only true if I have the
php.ini file in the windows directory. If I rename the php.ini file, it
will start. Once it starts, I can rename it back to php.ini. At this point
I get other errors regarding one of the modules. Do the php3 modules work
with php4? If not is there somewhere to get the php4 modules?
The Event Viewer reports the following error on loading IIS with php.ini in
the windows directory. Any ideas?
The HTTP Filter DLL D:\WINNT\system32\inetsrv\php4isapi.dll failed to load.
The data is the error.
