Admitedly I missed a large portion of this discussion, but that syntax
doesn't seem right to be as show() is a function not a variable (even
though it looks like a variable because it's part of an object).
It seems unreasonable to parse this: "Something substr('something', 4)"
into the string: "Something thing". After all, they're both function
calls right?
Why not just assign $cart->show() to a variable immediately before the
print?
