Problem Starting Apache

--with-mysql \
--with-ftp \
--with-gd=/usr/local/gd1.3 \
--enable-bcmath=yes \
--disable-debug \
--enable-memory-limit=yes \
--enable-track-vars
When I try to start apache I get:
/var/www/bin/httpd: can't resolve symbol 'zend_hash_add_ptr'
/var/www/bin/httpd: can't resolve symbol 'zend_hash_update_ptr'
Abort trap
/var/www/bin/apachectl start: httpd could not be started
NE ideas what this could be?
