sh ../php4/genif.sh ../php4/internal_functions.c.in ../php4 db gd
ends up in having internal_functions.c like:
..
zend_module_entry *php_builtin_extensions[] = {
phpext_gd_ptr,
dl
};
..
the 1st specified module always lack the phpext_*_ptr stuff
around it (it's the last one in php_builtin_extensions).
