compile errors with openlink

When I use the --with-openlink=/usr/local/openlink flag on the ./configure command under beta4 and
the newest cvs I get this error

/usr/local/src/php4/ext/odbc/php_odbc.c:481: undefined reference to `SQL_SUCCEED

I don't seem to get that error when I use iodbc on the ./configure line as well, is this the
way it is suppose to work?
