Help running php 4 RC1 with NT+IIS4

Hello,
I just download php4 rc1, but I can't make it run in cgi mode.
My configuration is:
Win NT 4 (sp 5)
IIS 4.0
php3 (it works!)
php4rc1
I follow instructions from readme.txt. However when runing a file
with a simple echo "Hello world" I don't get a response. When I run
the same file (changing extension to php3) it works!
Any idea???
