I'm getting this "signal 9" error when trying to build apache13-php4
port:
Making all in Zend
/bin/sh ../libtool --silent --mode=compile cc -DHAVE_CONFIG_H -I. -I. -I.. -I/usr/local/include
-I/usr/local/include/gd -D_REENTRANT -m486 -pipe -O6 -funroll-loops -fstrength-reduce
-fomit-frame-pointer -fexpensive-optimizations -ffast-math -c ./zend_execute.c
./zend_execute.c: In function `execute':
./zend_execute.c:1591: warning: cast to pointer from integer of different size
cc: Internal compiler error: program cc1 got fatal signal 9
At somebody from a FreeBSD mailing list suggestion I tried -O instead
of -O6, but this didn't help.
At last I have been able to compile after I turned off "Apache
Performance Tuning" option from the list which appears when making the
port.
Is Zend now disabled? I see the following as output of "phpinfo()":
,----
| This program makes use of the Zend scripting language engine:
| Zend Engine v0.90, Copyright (c) 1998, 1999 Andi Gutmans, Zeev Suraski
`----
Note that there's no mention of an optimizer here.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!
