Hi
I work with Linux RH6.1 + Apache 3.9 + SSL + PHP4.0-RC1
I done:
./configure --with-mysql --with-apxs=/usr/local/apache/bin/apxs
--with-xml --enable-trans-sid --enable-track-vars
when a surfer visit a web site contain with
session_register/session_start, for the first time in the current
netscape/ie session, all the link get those extra chars
?PHPSESSID=01d8f7dd9690c819c8fd3226d343cbea.
but after the visitor pressed reload/refresh the sessid become
transparent.
There seems to be two bugs.
1. where i make link <a href="<?php echo $PHP_SELF ?>">xxx</a> its make
such link /?PHPSESSID344.... (drop out the filename), if I put the real
name and not $PHP_SELF its ok, though it still get the phpsessid.
2. im not sure if its bug or not but it seems logical that the sessions
should be transparent all the time, even in the first entrance to a page
contain session_start.
