when I try to open a connection to my IMAP server, more specificaly, the inbox, an
error occurs which causes Apache to seg fault and kill off a child process. This only
happens when the INBOX is empty though. when there are messages in the INBOX, I
don't have any problem. the code is as follows:
$server = "mail.server.com";
$port = 143;
$mailbox = "INBOX";
$mbox = imap_open( "{" . $server . ":" . $port . "}" . $mailbox ,
"user" , "pass");
the last line of code is what's causing the error. I am also using the lastest CVS
of PHP and Zend as well (downloaded as of 4:00 PM EDT)
Any sugestions?
