Any other php-script works? > Is there anything in apache's error.log ?? > > There weren't anything wrong in your configures as far as I can tell. i solved it: i got the idea from another tread on the list about apache not linking with pthreads... reconfigured apache with LDFLAGS=-lpthread ./configure ..., recompiled apache and lo and behold mcal is now working like a charm! :-) maybe there should be a note about it in README / INSTALL ?
