BUG: func_get_args()

I tried switch from PHP4b4 to RC1 with the same configure options.
Now with RC1 PHP4 detects the following error:
<b>Fatal error</b>: func_get_args(): Can't be used as a function parameter in
<b>functions.php3</b> on line <b>545</b><br>
The corresponding function is the following:
function createlink() {
$arglist = func_get_args();
$argnums = func_num_args();
return build_url($arglist,$argnums);
}
Any idea why this worked in PHPb4 and not in PHP4RC1 ?
