help. dynamic linker error with mod_php4

howdy all, We are having some problems getting our server up after adding some php_modules. I am getting an dynamic linking error when I run php as an apache module. I added a module that calls a C++ library and everything works fine as a CGI. Both   the httpd and php execute from the same environment. Any ideas?     Is there something else that i need to add to the httpd.conf file?     do I need to change my apache build?     should I avoid using APXS?
