We can't figure out a way to make form data persist across a soft
reload for a php file. It works fine for files that end in .html,
but the values refuse to persist for files that end in .php. Here
is an example:
<HTML>
<HEAD>
<TITLE></TITLE>
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<FORM ACTION=post>
<TEXT WIDTH=20 NAME="foobar">
</FORM>
</BODY>
</HTML>
Create this file and name it test.html, load it in your browser,
type something into the box, and hit reload. What you typed will
come back when it reloads. Rename that file to test.php and the
data doesn't persist. I checked and exactly the same headers
are being sent either way. Any ideas?
