Install Error1

Hello All. I have tried to install Apache1.3.X +php4.RC1+Mysql+SSL and IMAP,LDAP,Mcrypt. Everything was looking good until php4 "make" processing. During php4 "make" processing I got the following error message. What kind of configure error contributes to this error? I'll appreciate for your assistance.
