Strip-Tags Patch

Hi, I am attaching a small patch (against release 200003161845) for 'strip_tags' which fixes what I consider to be a bug. The patch replaces removed tags with a space. That way you don't end up having words run together in the result (e.g., currently "<TD>one</TD><TD>two</TD>" is converted to "onetwo" but with the patch would become " one two "). Of course the downside is that you will split some words that are not meant to be split (e.g., with the patch, "Th<EM>is</EM>" will become "Th is "). The ideal would be to add another parameter to split_words and fgetss which permits choosing either option; if the core developers will commit the change please write me and will create a patch file to do that.
