Though the access privileges are set in my httpd.conf,
I want to 'double' the security by specifying a user the
process would run as. I have the daemon in
d:\program files\apache group\apache\ while serverroot
is in d:\__server__. PidFile is logs/httpd.pid. I tried
the following:
R RX - apache group
R R - __server__
R RW - logs
R RX - modules
but I got the 'error 1067: service terminated unexpectedly'
message. I decided I'd try All All on both directories
(__server__ & apache group) with the same result.
What are the correct privileges for Apache user if
I don't want the server run as system?
BTW, I did let the priv's propagate on subs.
