PHP3 & PHP4 runned on w2k

Hi, all
I make the php3 & php4 installed on my w2k with apache 1.3.xx
and I have add new tag to httpd.conf and add php.ini to c:\winnt\
of course, I have add "ScriptAlias", "AddType", "Action"
but it still doesn't work. what I get is the error message dialog
"0x10073906" referenced memory address "0x4152545f" . the address can't
be "written".
and I check the error.log generated by apache
[Mon Apr 10 18:36:41 2000] [error] [client 140.112.245.174] Premature end of script headers:
c:/php4/php.exe
does somebody know how to solve it ?
