OT: Someplace to post a PHP job offer?

Hiya! We have need of a small PHP4 script, probably 8-16 hours worth of work for someone who is really familiar with this stuff..... basically a PHP4/mysql weblog system (no comment/bbs component needed) to some scecifications we have. Where should we post a job offer liek this? Few of the big job sites are short term contract friendly and the we would prefer somelace that specializes in PHP jobs/contracts.
