The jvm.dll is part of the JDK. On my system, it can be found at
C:\jdk1.2.2\jre\bin\classic. I'm not sure why it is not finding it, but
try adding this directory to your PATH.

Hi,
I'm trying to get work Java support in PHP4RC1 under Windows. I install
all properly according to installation instructions given in Java
extension package. But every attempt to create Java class instance from
PHP script causes following error message:
Fatal error: Unable to load Java Library jvm.dll in
Is this file missing from distribution or I missed something. I'm using
JDK 1.2.2.
