i have a standalone script that writes to a network-socket.
if the remote socket gets closed php receives a SIGPIPE and
(because there's no handler) dies.
i there any reason not to ignore SIGPIPE in cgi-mode? again,
apache does set signal(SIGPIPE,SIG_IGN) - so it would be
consistent with the module-version.
objections?
