I have heard that there is a detailed description of steps in setting up the
developer environment for Win32, including URLs for additional and
third-party components (full.exe, win32build.zip) on a web page. However, I
have been unable to locate it through searches on the web overall, as well
as the php.net site itself. If anyone can help me locate this resource, I
would be grateful.
