PHP_SELF in CGI

I use PHP4 on NT with Apache. When I view PHP_SELF, it is set like like this: /php4/php.exe/other/info.php4. Where /php4/ is ScriptAlias'ed dir, and /other/info.php4 is REQUEST_URI.
