Objects corrupted

I, too, am experiencing corrupted objects.
Create the object, save it in a session, query the values
later and they either don't exist, or have corrupted values
for them.
Sometimes they work...sometimes they don't. Seems like
the LAST set field in an object works, but the others don't.
class whee
{
var one;
var two;
var three;
function whee()
{
$this->$one = 'one';
$this->$two = 'two';
$this->$three = 'three';
}
function query()
{
echo "$this->$one, $this->$two, $this->$three";
}
}
Three looks okay, but 1 & 2 don't hold values.
I know some of you are just getting up, so g'morning.
