PHP4/Zend - Wishlist?

I don't know if there is a 'wishlist' for PHP4/Zend, and I don't know if this has been covered before (not off to a good start am I?)... Is there any improvements in PHP4/Zend for reading/writing to stdin, stdout and stderror? - I quite often use PHP4 from the command line, I can get the arguments passed to it - but I've yet to work out how to read stdin and write to stderror (stdout is simple, i.e. printf :) Also - another way-out idea, has anyone thought of adding curses support to PHP4/Zend? ;-) -Karl
