On Linux the following works at least with php3 (don't know about
php4-cgi/Win32):
php3 -q
Usage: php [-q] [-h] [-s] [-v] [-i] [-f <file>] | {<file> [args...]}
-q Quiet-mode. Suppress HTTP Header output.
