session.save_path in php.ini

Hey I was wondering where the session.save_path in the php.ini looks first, it keeps giving me the
error of
Warning: Failed to write session data. Please check that the current setting of session.save_path is
correct (/Session) in Unknown on line 0
This is after I changed the path to /Session in the ini, and I put a Session folder in the current
directory I was working out of, the Htdocs directory, and the apache folder.
