Cleaned up php error messages?

Is there any plan to clear up some of the php4 error messages that you
receive, specifically when working with included files + classes? I was
getting some bizarre ones that told me nothing of what was exactly going on
when there was an error occurring in a class, but it just gave me an error
upon inclusion of that file, not in the file itself (with a line number or
anything)
