help on PHP using external class

Hello there, I have PHP4 installed on my Nt box with IIS4 as web server (PHP WIN32 BIN). The application I am working on need php script to use external class via COM object. I have no idea how to do it and there is no much reference. Any body have experience using COM object or knew how to using external class please point me Ref. or help. My current configuration variables show that the Win32 COM configured (allow_dcom) OFF? how to switch it On.
