installed MSVC6 now, project loaded, build errors

I think I´ve loaded the correct project file
"php4.dsp" then I tried to build, but there are
errors, mistyped or didn´t find "bison"? what does that mean?
MSVC now build from batch, I deactivated all debug versions...
which ones can I deactivate too?
these modules built without problems until now...
Win32 Release_TS,Win32 Release_TS_inline,Win32 Release,Win32 Release_inline
