The apache module now compiles and works (needs much more testing) under
windows.
The crash I was encountering last week when I initialy compiled has to
do with append/prepend files. If you specify a file to be
appended/prepended (in the ini file) and the file does not exist, there
is an access violation in the zend engine. I have not tested this under
the iis compile, or with cgi to see if it a general problem, or specific
to the apache module. I also have not tested to see if it will still do
this if the append/prepend is defined via apache configuration rather
than ini configuration.
