I´ve just tested the php4 RC2 Win32 Build. I´ve also tested the optimized configuration options, everything works fine.
I wondered why the register_argr_argc option had not been turned off:
Someone has mistyped "register_argv_argc" - the ini files contain "register_argc_argv" (v and c exchanged).
If the this typo will be corrected, I think the RC2 will be a success tomorrow.
